Why should I choose JC Athletic Wear for my sporting needs?
JC Athletic Wear was formed to support sport, by this we mean we are more concerned about the sporting industry and its athletes; we aim to give the best value to allow all athletes at any level to get the most they can. We have solid partnerships across the world and support many organizations from the USA, UK, to Australia.
What is the difference between JC Athletic Wear and other companies?
JC Athletic Wear is a Christian based company which means the business runs by more than just business guidelines. We aim to look after and support all customers no matter what level. We are all about supporting our customers no matter what and not just looking to get new customers while forgetting our current ones.
Why are there so many options when designing uniforms?
We believe in giving the customer what they want, from the style, material, design, etc. we want every team to get exactly what they want and not have to dissatisfied by any 1 option of the uniform. We still maintain the lower costs possible for the customers to be able to get this style of customization without having to always pay the premium price.
Will the shipping and postage affect me depending where I am in the world?
The cost of the shipping and postage will not be affected but the time it takes to ship could be slightly affected. Although this could be the case it would only be by a couple of days, and there is still the option of getting your products expressed shipped worldwide.
If there is not a representative in my country or local area can I still order?
YES, you can definitely order from anywhere in the world, we pride ourselves in being able to supply to any need in any country. You can always become a local representative if there is not already one and it is something that is on your heart. (if there is already a local representative just email us your desire)
What if we have players that are tall and slim or short and wide?
Well unlike most companies we can customize the sizes upon request so that the uniforms will be the best fit depending on your players. From the width of the jerseys to the length of the shorts.
What if we don?t see a product that we need for our sporting team?
Most likely we can still produce it or get it for you, just email us what it is that you need and we will do the rest.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Unfortunately most likely you will not be able to as all our uniforms are custom uniforms. Depending on when you let us know about the changes and what process the order is currently in we will do our best to change what we can and supply you with the best products.
When will my order be placed to be made?
All orders will be placed as soon as the payment is received. We can do a payment system but that will require larger quantity order with a minimum of 50% deposit prior to the order being started.
What is the difference with the stock uniforms?
Our stock uniforms are not the typical stock designs, we believe that even though we have stock uniforms we still want to keep the professional look. The stock uniforms although not exactly cheaper they can be produced within 2-3 days and shipped.
Can I re-order a couple of pieces of a customized order?
Typically it is very hard to order only a couple of pieces of a uniform as we do all custom uniforms and have a possible combination of over 1 Billion, so it is hard to keep extra stock. We suggest that you purchase 1 or 2 extra pieces just in case the team changes from season to season etc. If we are partnered with anyone and produce larger quantities of uniforms we will work on keeping spares stock of those uniforms as to be able to supply extras at any given time.
What guarantee does JC Athletic Wear offer?
We guarantee to give the customers the best value possible on all products and packages. We do guarantee and faults that we may do and will re-supply those products. Because most products are all customized and exclusive the only guarantee we can really offer is a 1 week manufacturer?s guarantee. We need to be notified within 1 week of the order being received and must be due to our manufacturing.
Can I get samples of any of the products?
Unfortunately it is hard for us to send out samples being that there are over 1 Billion combinations in the uniforms. We will try to send out samples where we can and will make an effort for possible larger orders to send out sample. Costs of sending samples out will be determined on an order by order basis.
How can I get a discount on uniforms?
There are 3 ways, JC Athletic Wear can sponsor depending on what we will receive in return (could include other orders), you can get a company to sponsor and we can add their logo/details to the uniforms, or you could order larger quantities of the products.
Can we make package deals?
YES, definitely we can put together package deals for you, just email us at admin@jcathleticwear.com and let us know everything that you will need and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Will the colors match for all my orders?
Yes and no, as you can see on the website the colors all have a color code against them which means we will always try to maintain the closest color shade to this code. (the code is a universal code which has a complete color range or close to 2,500 shades)
Can we get blank products?
YES, we can definitely do blank products and these will also be cheaper so email us at admin@jcathleticwear.com and tell us what you need and we will give you the details. (Remember that even though they will be blank products you will still be able to 100% customize the design)
Do you comply with the NFHS regulations regarding uniforms?
YES, for all high school teams we will comply with all regulations put forth by the NFHS.
Can we get a template done up of what our uniform will look like?
Yes, we can put together a template of the design for you, just email us at admin@jcathleticwear.com and tell us what design options, colors, team details, and contact information and we will have one done up for you.
Can you make up a design logo for our team to go on our uniforms?
YES, we have a professional designer who works with many professional athletes and teams in the USA. We can offer extremely unbeatable pricing for this service, just email us at admin@jcathleticwear.com what you are thinking of and we will have our designer contact you.
